SpeakScribe provides AI-powered tools including audio transcription, text-to-speech generation, and YouTube SEO optimization. Features and limits vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpeakScribe to:

• Transcribe, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates third-party rights.
• Upload audio you do not own or have rights to process.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs as standalone products without permission.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayPal.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of billing.
• Usage limits reset monthly at the start of your billing cycle.
• Free plan files are retained for 7 days; paid plans vary by tier.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all audio, text, and content you upload. SpeakScribe claims no rights over your content. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use our platform and its outputs for your personal or commercial purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, or adjust limits with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

SpeakScribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
